Here are some popular MoFem visiting teaching ideas (that seem to work for us):
- supporting a sister/brother on a blog post they've written.
- jumping in to make a comment on a Facebook post gone south
- sending snail mail
- getting together for lunch (or dinner, or both.)
- sending care packages
- leaving a thoughtful message on their Facebook timeline
- calling
- text messaging
"Successful" visiting teaching is all about sharing you kindness and love for another human being--it's about becoming friends. As you get to know the people you've been paired with, our hope is that you will enjoy the process of allowing new friendships to emerge.
